ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in international transaction processing, merchant bank account management, and financial operations within a software house, IT company, or call center environment.

This is a specialist role for someone who has worked beyond local bookkeeping and understands the real-world complexity of cross-border payments, multi-currency reconciliation, and international client billing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Process and reconcile international transactions across multiple currencies and payment channels. Manage and monitor merchant bank accounts and international payment gateways on a daily basis. Reconcile international client payments against invoices and flag discrepancies immediately. Handle chargeback management, dispute resolution, and payment failure investigations. Maintain accurate records of all cross-border transactions in compliance with company and FBR standards. Prepare international billing statements and monthly reconciliation reports for management review. Coordinate with international clients and payment processors to resolve transaction issues. Support withholding tax calculations on foreign remittances and ensure audit-ready documentation at all times.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience with a specific focus on international transactions and payment processing.

Proven hands-on experience with international merchant bank accounts — processing, monitoring, and reconciling.

Prior experience working in a software house, IT company, or call center accounts department is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with international payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange reconciliation.

Strong Excel skills — PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and financial tracking.

Full availability for 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday, on-site in Karachi.

Preferred: ACCA, B.Com, M.Com, or BBA Finance. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. Exposure to international client billing cycles and foreign remittance compliance under FBR guidelines.
