Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, and financial documentation for the logistics and supply chain division. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and verify invoices for freight, transport, warehousing, and other logistics services.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for billing and cost allocation.
  • Maintain TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance records; assist in filing returns.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy for audits and internal reviews.
  • Support management with budget tracking and cost analysis.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and logistics billing processes.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
