Profile -Accounts Executive

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

Experience - Min 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.

Salary - Upto 28k

Location - New Marine Line (Mumbai)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records.

Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

Bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain vendor and customer account records.

Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
