Accounts Executive (Receivables)

Timings: 6pm - 2am

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

· Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.

· Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments

· Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.

· Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
