Accounts Executive (Receiveable & Taxation) (Oracle) (Warehousing Industry)

Job Description :

• Monthly client inventory reconciliation, customer verification, issue resolution, and invoicing.

• Preparation and entry of invoices in Oracle, including compilation, copying, and dispatch.

• Handling CRN/DBN raised for respective customers.

• Assisting the Assistant Manager in invoice automation with the FMS team.

• Working on sales tax data, payment processing, Reconciliations with tax department, finalization, and recording.

• Posting sales data on the PRA POS system.

• Reconciling all GL and customer ledgers.

• Proficiency in Oracle is mandatory.

Qualification : BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com/ACCA/CMA

Experience : Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the warehousing industry.
