Key Responsibilities (Ginesys ERP)

• Perform daily billing and invoice generation in Ginesys
• Manage stock inward, outward, transfers, and adjustments
• Maintain item master, price updates, barcodes, and HSN/GST mapping
• Handle purchase entries, sales returns, and debit/credit notes
• Monitor stock reconciliation between system and physical inventory
• Generate sales, stock, GST, and MIS reports from Ginesys
• Coordinate store–warehouse data syncing and resolve mismatches
• Ensure data accuracy and timely day-end / month-end closing
• Support GST compliance and audit data from Ginesys
• Troubleshoot basic billing or inventory issues in the system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,273.67 - ₹50,511.91 per month
