Accounts Executive (Stock Controller)

Position: Stock Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Stock Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of stock within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complete stock records in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Input stock purchase orders and process new stock entries accurately
• Handle stock allocations, stock movements and reconciliations within the system
• Coordinate with warehouses and internal departments regarding stock updates, discrepancies, and operational matters
• Prepare and submit stock reports and analysis to the Commercial Director
• Ensure stock data accuracy and maintain proper documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in stock control and inventory management
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and stock management processes
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
