Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, legal, and corporate regulations.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and other company expenses.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls.
