Job Summary
Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and capable of managing accounting operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST-related work, including preparation, computation, reconciliation, and timely filing (minimum 3 years of relevant experience).
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, bank entries, JV postings, and ledger scrutiny.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
- Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on GST work.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST rules, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting, etc.).
- Experience in accounting software (ERP/Tally or similar).
- Excellent numerical ability, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
