About the Role

ETSI is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Associate to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Ideal for early-career candidates looking to grow in a US corporate finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments (AP)
• Prepare customer invoices & track payments (AR)
• Reconcile accounts and update financial records
• Support month-end closing and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance
• 0–1 year experience (internships accepted)
• Strong Excel skills & attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
