Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring an Accounts & Finance Executive to support and coordinate with our Accounts & Finance Manager in managing daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting records, financial data coordination, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires a responsible, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and contribute effectively to the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts & Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Collect, analyze, and compile financial data from different departments.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required by management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel, including accounting formulas and financial calculations.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by the Accounts & Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF formulas, basic financial analysis).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
