Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage the company’s accounting, project billing, vendor payments, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or interior fit-out accounting, a clear understanding of project-based costing, and the ability to support senior management in financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Handle project-wise billing, costing, and expense tracking for interior and construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with contractual and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to verify work completion and client billing milestones.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and consultants for audits and financial matters.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a construction / design-build / interior fit-out company.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
