Accounts & Finance Manager

Role Summary
Manage end-to-end accounts and finance for Thulir Media, including bookkeeping, MIS, compliances and cash flow, supporting a growing media/creative business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting: sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries and reconciliations (Tally/other software).
• Prepare monthly MIS (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and support budgeting, costing and profitability analysis.
• Manage receivables/payables, coordinate with sales for collections and plan vendor/expense payments for healthy cash flow.
• Ensure statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, PT) and coordinate with auditors/consultants as needed.
• Support payroll processing with HR and strengthen basic internal controls and finance processes.

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 1-3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance ..
• Strong in Tally/Tally Prime /Zoho Books/ERP-9, Excel, GST/TDS knowledge, Budget Planning,Capitalization and monthly closing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
