Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
- Manage general ledger, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for manpower and digital marketing operations
- Analyze profitability by client, project, and campaign
- Track costs related to recruitment, visas, payroll, advertising, and marketing tools
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to management
Payroll & Manpower Accounting
- Oversee payroll processing for outsourced and internal staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE WPS (Wage Protection System)
- Manage staff-related costs including visas, insurance, gratuity, and leave provisions
- Coordinate with HR on payroll, employee benefits, and end-of-service calculations
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee client billing, invoicing, and collections
- Manage receivables aging and credit control
- Handle vendor payments, media spend, freelancers, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely settlements with suppliers and service providers
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filing and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Handle statutory filings and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper internal controls and audit readiness
Digital Marketing Financial Control
- Track campaign budgets, ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.), and ROI
- Monitor client-wise profitability for digital marketing services
- Control expenses related to software subscriptions, tools, and influencers
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team
- Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Implement automation and best practices in financial reporting
Management & Stakeholder Support
- Provide financial reports and dashboards to senior management
- Support strategic decisions, pricing models, and contract evaluations
- Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external partners
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, IFRS, and labor-related accounting
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, CRM)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance in manpower / recruitment / digital marketing / service-based companies preferred
