Accounts & Finance Manager

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor performance against targets and provide variance analysis.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Cash Flow Management
  • Oversee liquidity, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
  • Strategic Support
  • Advise senior management on financial implications of business decisions.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion projects.
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise finance staff, delegate tasks, and ensure accuracy.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants or analysts.

10-15 years of experience is preferred and candidate should be available in Qatar for initial 3 months for training purpose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
