Accounts & Finance Manager (CA)

Education & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• MBA (Finance) – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts
• P&L preparation, review, and variance analysis
• Cash flow planning, monitoring, and working capital management
• Handling statutory compliances, audits, and taxation (direct & indirect)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and business support to management for decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee ERP / finance systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong accounting, finance, and taxation fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, Budget vs Actual analysis, and variance analysis
• Working knowledge of ERP / finance systems
• Ability to interpret and present financial data clearly to senior management
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
