Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Officer to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support overall financial activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Assist in payroll processing and employee-related financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- ACCA / CA Inter / CMA (part-qualified or completed)
- Experience working in a corporate environment
