Accounts & Finance Officer - Head Office

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Officer to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support overall financial activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee-related financial records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACCA / CA Inter / CMA (part-qualified or completed)
  • Experience working in a corporate environment
