Job Title: Accounts Head

Leading a Team Comprising of:

o Account Executive

o Purchase Executive

o Logistics Support

Department/Group: ACCOUNT

Reporting To: Country Head

Location: Mumbai

Travel Required: Occasionally

Job Description BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Sales and Purchase Bookkeeping.

o Taxation, GSTR and ITR.

o Expenses records and filing.

o Salary and PF / ESIC and TDS.

o Stock & Inventory Management.

o Cost Accounting.

o Purchase and Logistics Management.

o Review and manage bank guarantees and letter of credit.

o Bank Management.

o Assist Third Party with Account & Finance Audit.

o P/L Statement and Balance sheet Statement.

o Intercompany Management Information System.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

o 10+ years of Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably a local subsidiary company of an International Company.

o Bachelor / master’s in commerce.

PRE-REQUISTE SKILLS

o Good Communication Skills.

o Competency in MS Office.

o Tally or ERP.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

o Indian taxation and accounting knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
