Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead and manage the accounts and finance team
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, inventory accounting, and fixed assets
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage costing, margin analysis, and profitability reporting for FMCG products
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and obsolescence provisions
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST/VAT, income tax, audits)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and credit control
• Provide financial insights to sales, supply chain, and operations teams
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
