Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, inventory accounting, and fixed assets
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage costing, margin analysis, and profitability reporting for FMCG products
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and obsolescence provisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST/VAT, income tax, audits)
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and credit control
- Provide financial insights to sales, supply chain, and operations teams
- Support ERP implementation and process improvements
