Accounts Head: Retail

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for decision-making.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee banking relationships and optimize financial resources.
• Implement strategies for working capital management.

5. Team Management & Development

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 8–15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Experience: Preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or power sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
