Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
2. Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for decision-making.
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Oversee banking relationships and optimize financial resources.
- Implement strategies for working capital management.
5. Team Management & Development
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Experience: Preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or power sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
