Key Responsibilities:
Accounting / Finance:
- Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable operations
- Conduct invoicing, credit control, billing and collections
- Reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory compliance, taxation, etc.
HR / Administration:
- Oversee full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, termination
- Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance, leave management
- Administer payroll processing, benefits, reimbursements
- Manage office administration, procurement of supplies, vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations
- Support general administrative functions (office logistics, travel, meetings)
Ideal Qualifications / Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related
- Experience in accounting and HR roles in UAE / GCC
- Proficiency with accounting software, HRIS, Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking skills
- Confidentiality, integrity, attention to detail
