Accounts / HR Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting / Finance:

  • Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable operations
  • Conduct invoicing, credit control, billing and collections
  • Reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory compliance, taxation, etc.

HR / Administration:

  • Oversee full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, termination
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance, leave management
  • Administer payroll processing, benefits, reimbursements
  • Manage office administration, procurement of supplies, vendor relations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations
  • Support general administrative functions (office logistics, travel, meetings)

Ideal Qualifications / Skills:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related
  • Experience in accounting and HR roles in UAE / GCC
  • Proficiency with accounting software, HRIS, Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, multitasking skills
  • Confidentiality, integrity, attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
