The account manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all matters pertaining to customer accounts. Following customer onboarding, the account manager is in charge of documenting the client’s requirements, concerns, or other requests. Additionally, they are responsible for strengthening current consumer ties and establishing lasting alliances. An account manager is also accountable for maintaining continuous contact with clients, as well as trying to identify the products or services that best meet each client’s unique needs. Additionally, they collaborate with different departments as and when required to provide an enhanced client experience. Other responsibilities of an account manager may include:

  • Collecting relevant information about customers’ behaviour and analysing the data to track new opportunities
  • Acting as a representative of the client inside the organisation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Providing updated information to the client about new products or services to make upsells
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Preparing analytical reports about the progress of customer relationships and presenting them to the management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
