Job Summary
Al Haadi Mobilya is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Intern to gain practical experience in accounting and finance operations. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, accounting processes, and financial reporting, with potential for a permanent role for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
- Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial data
- Maintain organized records and accounting documentation
- Learn and follow company accounting policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Students or fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
