Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Stipend: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Rapid Supplies Middle East, a global leader in hospitality products, is looking for a female Accounts Intern to support our Accounts team in Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to gain hands-on exposure to receivables management, client coordination, and financial operations in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and following up for timely collection of receivables.
• Communicate with clients/customers to resolve basic payment queries.
• Support coordination between Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for overdue accounts.
• Help in developing and maintaining credit control processes.
• Prepare and update the Expected Collection Sheet under guidance.
• Participate in daily meetings with the Finance Supervisor to review collection progress.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial policies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounts (completed).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (training will be provided).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Punctual, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Based in Karachi and comfortable with on-site work.
• Ability to join immediately.
