Operations - Intern

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Operations Intern to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end setup of new business entities, including:

• Business Formation: Guiding clients through the process of forming LLCs and LTDs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Tax Identifiers: Assisting in the application and acquisition of Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) and Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN).
• Financial Infrastructure: Managing the setup of business bank accounts and facilitating the integration of various payment gateways.
• E-Commerce Setup: Playing a key role in establishing and configuring Amazon Seller Central accounts and other e-commerce platforms.
• Process Documentation: Helping to create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational tasks.
• Administrative Support: Providing general operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business functioning.

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate or a final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• A proactive and self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn.

Location: PECHS Block 02, Karachi
Timing: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month
