Consultisor is dedicated to understanding and addressing business challenges, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic solutions to help clients focus on their core business goals.Role Description- Prepare Federal Income Tax Returns for individuals (1040NR), partnerships (1065), and corporations (1120), including international reporting (Form 5472).- Handle State Income Tax Returns for Corporations and LLCs.- Prepare specialized amended returns (1040X, 1065X).- Ensure timely mailing of returns to the IRS and state tax authorities. Financial Statement Preparation:- Create Profit and Loss Statements (Income Statements) for LLCs and Corporations.- Prepare Balance Sheets for multi-member LLCs and Corporations. IRS &amp; State Tax Resolution &amp; Support:- Assist clients with tax payment processes to the IRS and state agencies.- Draft comprehensive responses to notices from federal and state tax authorities.- Follow up with tax authorities on submitted responses, penalty abatements, and other inquiries.- Resolve client tax issues through expert technical assistanceQualifications- Experience: 06 months -01 year of experience in US tax preparing and filing.- Education: Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, and US Taxation certification preferred.- Skills: - Strong knowledge of US tax laws and filing procedures.- Proficiency in preparing financial statements.- Excellent communication and client management skills.- Ability to handle IRS and state tax resolutions effectively.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply at jobs@consultisor.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
