Lead Response & Sales Support Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken individual to manage incoming leads from WhatsApp, respond with relevant FAQs, and share the company’s sales pitch to convert inquiries into clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and confident in communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming WhatsApp leads in a timely manner
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Share relevant FAQs, service details, and pricing information
  • Send structured sales pitch messages to interested prospects
  • Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain lead tracking sheet / CRM updates

Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, persuasive)
  • Basic understanding of sales process
  • Ability to handle objections and answer common questions
  • Good organizational and follow-up skill
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business / CRM tools is a plus

Basic Salary + Commission will be provided as per the skill set of the candidateTiming 12pm - 8pm PKT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
