Role Description

- Prepare Federal Income Tax Returns for individuals (1040NR), partnerships (1065), and corporations (1120), including international reporting (Form 5472).

- Handle State Income Tax Returns for Corporations and LLCs.

- Prepare specialized amended returns (1040X, 1065X).

- Ensure timely mailing of returns to the IRS and state tax authorities. Financial Statement Preparation:

- Create Profit and Loss Statements (Income Statements) for LLCs and Corporations.

- Prepare Balance Sheets for multi-member LLCs and Corporations. IRS & State Tax Resolution & Support:

- Assist clients with tax payment processes to the IRS and state agencies.

- Draft comprehensive responses to notices from federal and state tax authorities.

- Follow up with tax authorities on submitted responses, penalty abatements, and other inquiries.

- Resolve client tax issues through expert technical assistance

Qualifications

- Experience: 01 - 02 years of experience in US tax preparing and filing.

- Education: Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, and US Taxation certification preferred.

- Skills: - Strong knowledge of US tax laws and filing procedures.

- Proficiency in preparing financial statements.

- Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Ability to handle IRS and state tax resolutions effectively.
