As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Internee to support our finance department and gain hands-on experience in accounting operations.

Role Overview

The Accounts Internee will assist the accounts team in daily financial operations, data entry, documentation, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and reporting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or current students to learn practical accounting processes in a professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Support in maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial documents.
  • Help in preparing and managing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Support the team in preparing basic financial reports.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and supplier statement matching.
  • Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Help in maintaining records for audits and internal reviews.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for data collection.
  • Assist in updating spreadsheets, summaries, and account statements.
  • Support the accounts team in day-to-day office tasks as required.

Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in:

Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA, or related fields.

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Professional attitude and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
