Accounts Internee (Lead towards job)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant for our Billing Department. The ideal candidate will support billing operations by managing customer accounts receivable (AR), coordinating with banks, and overseeing the setup and maintenance of POS machines. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
  • Monitor and manage AR aging reports.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.

Bank Coordination:

  • Handle banking documentation and support in processing.
  • Assist in resolving bank-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • POS Setup & Management:
  • Monitor the functionality and maintenance of POS systems.
  • Maintain documentation related to POS setups and updates.
