Responsibilities:
- Create processes & tracks purchase orders, Inventory & Verbal Communication with suppliers.
- Identify staff vacancies & recruit, interview & Select Applicant.
- Assist in update the records of Employees in Software system & update payroll
- Complete Related Documents such as employment contracts, staff performance evaluation.
- Maintain Record of work completion reports from customers.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Internship ,Probation, Annual Evaluation of employees performance
- Attend Customer Queries on Telephone & update to Relevant Person in department.
- Posting daily receipts
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts Payable and receivables.
- Reconciliation
- Salaries
- Invoicing
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Completing purchase orders
- Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
- Managing company ledgers
- Processing business expenses
- various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
Experience:
- 1 & 2 Year
- Fresh (unpaid Internship)
Skills:
- Data Entry; Payroll Experience; Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation;
- Detail Oriented; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Knowledge of Business Math; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
