Accounts & Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Inventory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily invoices, parts entries/exits, and payment transactions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily invoice entries in accounting or ERP software
  • Track incoming and outgoing parts accurately
  • Manage payment transactions, ensuring proper documentation
  • Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for inventory updates
  • Assist in monthly closing and reporting
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and organized properly
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or stock movements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry, accounts, or inventory management
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems)
  • Good understanding of invoice processing and payment workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
