Finance Assistant

At Zapegg Tax Consultant, we strive to provide exceptional financial and tax consultancy services to our clients. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Support in managing accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
  • Provide support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation when required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for easy access.

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar finance role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
