Job Description

We are hiring an Accounts & Invoice Executive to manage billing, sales invoicing, and documentation. The candidate must have good knowledge of Excel, GST billing, and sales coordination. Immediate joiner required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices & billing documentation
• Sales invoice coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain accounts records & outstanding reports
• GST billing, e-way bills & basic accounting entries
• Payment reconciliation & client communication

Requirements

• B.Com or relevant qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts / billing / invoice / sales coordination
• Strong Excel & documentation skills
• Male candidates only (as per requirement)
• Immediate joiner
