We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to handle daily record maintenance for our work sites. The responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and logging daily expenses at each site.
  • Maintaining records of materials procured and utilized.
  • Preparing and updating daily labour wage registers.
  • Maintaining ledgers for accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and ledger maintenance.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or accounting software preferred.
  • Should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide daily updates.
