Accounts & Logistics Coordinator

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to schedule shipments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Track and update shipment status; handle delays or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to align logistics with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and safety regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding delivery or shipment issues.
  • Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and service level
  • Assist in Accounting
