
Accounts & Logistics Coordinator
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to schedule shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Track and update shipment status; handle delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to align logistics with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding delivery or shipment issues.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and service level
- Assist in Accounting
