Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and analytical Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial data and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining internal controls. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including: Accounts payable/receivable General ledger Bank reconciliations Tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) Payroll processing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure they are completed on time. Develop and maintain financial controls and accounting procedures. Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital requirements. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Manage a team of accountants and provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations. --- Qualifications & Skills: ICMA, ACMA, ACCA or MBA Finance or M.Com
