Accounts Manager

Kuala, India

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Export documentation & compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the showroom.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries in Tally/ERP system.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, and bank submissions.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for export-related transactions.
  • Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and costing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and export incentives (DGFT, Duty Drawback, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial and export matters.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance.
  • Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
