Accounts Manager

About Us:

Amani Travel & Tourism is a growing travel and tourism company offering tour packages, visa assistance, and customized travel services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance operations and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor cash flow and advise management on financial strategy.
  • Lead and guide the accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in travel or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
