About Us:
Amani Travel & Tourism is a growing travel and tourism company offering tour packages, visa assistance, and customized travel services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance operations and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow and advise management on financial strategy.
- Lead and guide the accounts team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in travel or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
