Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and contractor bills.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and verifying account information.
- Monitor and manage company expenses; prepare, review, and report on budgets and forecasts.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 accounts professionals.
- Handle ESR and TDS returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
- Oversee project cost management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain vendor and client relationships; address inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure statutory compliance and stay updated with accounting regulations and industry standards relevant to construction companies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts and finance within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
