Job Overview

Copper Events is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should hold both Graduation and Post-Graduation in Accounting and must have strong knowledge of financial compliance, including Tally, GST, and TDS. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash.
• Generate financial reports, budgets, and profitability analysis.
• Work closely with management on event-wise costing and expense monitoring.
• Assist with internal and external audits and year-end financial closures.
• Provide problem-solving support for financial and compliance-related matters.

Key Requirements

• Graduate & post-graduate degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in Event Management / Hospitality).
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting domain knowledge and reporting.
• Smart problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,737.58 per month
