Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Compliance. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and smooth financial operations across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Perform regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments efficiently.
• Manage fund flow to support operational needs.
• Provide accounting support to group entities as required.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile GST input credits.
• Handle monthly tax payments and filings.
• File quarterly TDS returns and respond to tax notices and assessments.
• Prepare and reconcile data for IRDAI submissions (quarterly/half-yearly).

Audit & Finalization

• Finalize financial statements in coordination with statutory auditors.
• Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits.

Banking & Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with banks for credit facilities, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for reconciliations and operational support.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for multiple entities.
• Generate fund management and outstanding reports.
• Prepare capital infusion and net-worth reports as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
