Accounts Manager – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and manage all financial processes of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST filing, TDS filing, and monthly statutory compliance
- Manage petty cash, vendor payments, client invoicing, and expense tracking
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closing
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and IT return documentation
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/client accounts
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure financial accuracy at all times
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, IT returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
