We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Accounts Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities for our varied client portfolio. As an outsourced accounting partner, our firm handles comprehensive financial and compliance-related functions for both domestic and international clients.
The ideal professional will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, uphold statutory compliance, support M&A-related tasks, and enhance operational efficiency across all client accounts. This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on expertise in managing outsourced finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise complete accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare, review, and finalize core financial statements such as the Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Ensure timely adherence to compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist clients in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to maintain accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and legal guidelines.
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients, auditors, and government authorities.
- Introduce process enhancements and implement best practices to boost efficiency in accounting workflows.
- Contribute to M&A activities, including due diligence, data review, and related documentation.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure effective performance and exceptional client service delivery.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide meaningful insights and strategic financial recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting leadership or outsourced finance operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, financial reporting, and M&A functions.
- Proficiency in Tally; familiarity with additional ERP systems will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts while working within strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience with great attention to accuracy and detail.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
