Accounts Manager

We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Manager Accounts professionals to join our Lahore office.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency through the use of digital and AI-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Oversee payables, receivables, and general ledger operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Companies Act, and taxation laws.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings.
• Manage internal controls, ensure process compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered accounting platforms for efficiency and analysis.
• Support management in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• CA, CA Finalist, or ACCA (Member/Finalist).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (preferably in firms or corporate environments).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, reporting frameworks, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, accounting ERPs, or cloud-based systems (experience with AI/automation tools will be an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
