Profile:- Accounts Manager
Experience:- Min 10 Years
CTC:- Upto 10-15 LPA (Traveling + Accommodation)
Working location:- Kenya, East Africa
Working Days:- 6 Days (Kenya Time 9 am to 5 pm)
Job responsibilities-
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations for the Kenya business unit.-
- Manage AP/AR, GL, inventory accounting, and financial controls.-
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports as per Kenya statutory requirements.-
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, and regulatory filings.-
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.-
- Conduct internal financial audits and liaise with external auditors.-
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accurate financial documentation.-
- Implement cost-control measures and financial process improvements.-
- Monitor bank accounts, cash flow, and treasury management
Skills & Competencies-
- Strong expertise in African/Kenyan accounting and taxation norms.-
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems & advanced Excel.-
- Leadership abilities and team management skills.-
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities.-
- Ability to work independently in an international work environment
