Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, maintain statutory compliance, manage budgeting and costing, and provide valuable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journals, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany accounts.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and facilitate audits.

3. Budgeting, Revenue & Costing:

• Prepare and monitor budgets, track actuals vs. budget, and analyze variances.
• Monitor revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for financial efficiency and optimization.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare detailed management reports, financial analysis, and forecasts.
• Provide actionable insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

5. Team Management & Coordination:

• Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounts team.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA / ICWA / MBA Finance preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and taxation laws.
