Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end documentation, property transaction accounts, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- Min 8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate or property accounting.
- Proven expertise in handling property transaction documentation and financial coordination.
- Experience working with government departments for registrations, approvals, and statutory requirements.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in accounting or real estate documentation are an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and property-related documentation including JDAs, Mortgage Deeds, etc..
- Proficiency in accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and TDS/GST compliance.
- Ability to prepare and maintain property-wise financial statements and documentation.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and budgeting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance and documentation mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and digital document management.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, coordinate, and execute all Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and related financial documentation.
- Manage accounting operations linked to property transactions, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Liaise with legal teams and government departments for registrations, approvals, and statutory processes.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, accounts, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, monitor budgets, and support audits.
- Ensure all documentation and accounting activities meet legal and organizational standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
