Accounts Manager

- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization(corporate company experience is mandatory)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Manager to take complete ownership of the accounting and finance function for an organization operating in the engineering & machines sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
- Accounts Receivable & Payable management with periodic reconciliations
- Daily bank reconciliations and vendor/customer balance confirmations
- Landed cost calculations for imports
- Budgeting, variance analysis, MIS & ad-hoc financial reporting
- Statutory compliance – GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, PT
- Payroll processing, disbursal, reconciliations & compliances
- Monthly / quarterly stock counts & reconciliations
- Monthly closing of books & year-end financial close support
- Audit coordination and responding to audit queries
- Liaising with banks & managing daily banking operations
- Contract review and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting & financial modelling
- Ability to apply independent judgement in monthly financial statements
- Highly detail-oriented, organized & efficient
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- CA Intermediate (PE-II) passed – mandatory
- B.Com / M.Com

Compensation:
- 15% – 25% hike, aligned with market standards and candidate competence
