Accounts Manager – Manufacturing & Trading

ALCO Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to support the Head of Accounts and oversee end-to-end accounting operations for our manufacturing (Pvt. Ltd.) and trading companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Accounts in all accounting activities
• Handle day-to-day accounts and finalization of accounts
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Manage inventory, costing, and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
• Supervise accounts team and ensure timely reporting

Requirements

• B.Com (M.Com / CA-Inter preferred)
• 12+ years experience preferred in manufacturing & trading companies
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance
• Proficient in Tally & MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
